New art

So, after giving up my studio in DUMBO earlier this year, I decided that this was an opportunity to change mediums. Oils were (in the way I used them) extremely messy and it wouldn't be prudent to turn our apartment into a Jackson Pollack. I found that there are large format printers out there that will print your digital work on canvas and decided to give Adobe Illustrator a shot. As it turns out, you can get some pretty fantastic results when you blow vector art up without it looking cheap. Once I received the printed piece in the mail, I had it stretched on canvas and wouldn't you know, it looked great. The printer I was using redesigned their site and now nothing works. I assume it works great on IE for Vista, unfortunately I am on a Mac at both work and home. Anyway, here are a couple examples:

The Other Alps
A Wind Blows Through
Orange and Red Jackets
